TOO COOL FOR SCHOOL

On Saturday our ward had a pioneer parade. Eli got to have his face painted, decorate his bike and throw candy at the neighbors while singing primary songs. What more could a 2 year old ask for!! We had such a great time with all the families. I love that we are in a family ward now. So after the parade we had a yummy ward breakfast and got to know some more of the families in the ward.

One of Eli's favorite places to go is the Temple. We can spend hours there! He loves to show me where Angel Moroni is and that he is up very high. He loves to walk around the grounds and say hi to everyone. He likes to throw pennies in the reflection pond. But most of all we both love to see Papa and bring him some ice cream. YUM YUM

THE SANDBOX

Eli got this super cool sandbox from Abby and Abba, so now every morning he says he NEEDS to go play in the dirt. He was a little iffy going in the box at first he said it felt weird in his toes, but he got over that really quick!

My Bald Child!

So the day before Eli and I left for Edmonton, Eli thought it would be a good idea to find some gum, chew it, then fall asleep on it. So after nap he woke up with a pillow stuck on his head. So I freaked out tried every strange remedy that I knew, but nothing was working, so I shaved his head. Thank goodness he is a boy and he looks so good with a shaved head.
